Bill Donovan joined Lubar & Co. in 1980 and served as a Principal until 1998, when he became President and Chief Financial Officer of Christiana Companies, Inc., a public company majority owned by Lubar until its merger with Weatherford International in 1999. He then served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Total Logistics, Inc., a public company majority owned by Lubar, until its sale to SuperValu in 2005.

Mr. Donovan serves as a director of several companies including as Chairman of Rockland Industrial Products and Precision Drilling Corporation (NYSE:PDS). He was previously an officer with Manufacturers Hanover Trust from 1976 to 1980. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1974 and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1976.
