Lubar & Co. is a Milwaukee-based private investment firm that has been investing in and acquiring operating companies for over 40 years. We acquire businesses in partnership with operating management and work as a team to develop and execute sound business plans to increase revenues and operating earnings. We describe this investment activity as enterprise development, namely building businesses and their equity value over the long term.
